From our premises in England we hand build and refurbish luxury interiors for all type of private and commercial aircraft. Our interiors are a collaboration between customer, designer, and a craftsman assigned, from beginning to end, to just one project. Our designs, our craftsmen, the materials we use, and a fresh approach to cabin comfort have introduced us to clients across the globe. We use the finest Grade A Scottish leather purchased from one of the oldest tanneries in the UK, and our carpets are manufactured in England from 80% virgin wool with a super tight twist on a hessian back. We use a firm high quality G50 foam for ultimate comfort, shape retention, and longevity. All our materials are FAA/JAR 25.853 approved and we've been meeting EASA and FAA requirements for over 20 years.

We have one of the largest work portfolios in the industry and our interiors are superior to anything else on the market. Years of hard work and a dedication to exceeding customer expectation have rewarded us with international recognition from aircraft owners everywhere. Each week, interiors are shipped thousands of miles to our workshops for one reason and one reason only;  our customers expect, and receive, the very best.

Custom Aircraft Trimmers provide our services globally. Almost half of the projects we undertake come from international clients. We ship everything you need directly to the aircraft including the boxes to package your interior. It really couldn’t be simpler. All you have to do is remove the interior, place it in a box, and attach the shipping labels we provide. The interior is then expressed to us within 48 hours. Once all the work is complete we ship your newly refurbished interior back to the aircraft. This is all done for a fixed fee included in the package price. Aircraft downtime is one or two weeks at most.

We have offices in both Europe and the USA ensuring you get the best customer service at all times and are kept fully informed throughout the entire refurbishment process. Just fill out the form on our contacts page and one of our representatives will contact you to answer any questions you may have including pricing, lead-times and certification.
